1. The Nature of Church Membership You acknowledge that church membership at Nehemiahs Walls International Church Inc. is a voluntary, spiritual commitment to align with our community's faith, values, and mission. Membership signifies your desire to participate in the life of the Church. It is not a legal contract for the provision of goods or services.

2. Information We Collect To process your membership registration, we collect the following personal information:

• Required: First Name and Last Name.

• Optional: Email Address, Phone Number, and Occupation.

You are not required to provide the optional information to become a member.

3. How We Use Your Information By submitting this form, you consent to the Church using your information for the following purposes:

• Official Membership Roster: Your required First and Last Name will be added to the official membership records of the Church.

• Church Communications: If you provide your optional email address or phone number, you expressly consent for the Church to contact you with news, event information, service opportunities, and other communications related to church life. You may opt-out of these communications at any time.

• Internal Church Directory: To foster community, the Church may create an internal directory (print or digital) containing members' names. This directory is for internal use only and will only be made available to other official members of the Church. If you provide a phone number or email, this contact information may also be included. You may request to be excluded from this directory by contacting the church office.

• Volunteer and Service Opportunities: If you provide your optional occupation, we may use this information to better understand the skills within our community and to identify potential opportunities for you to serve, should you express interest.

Upon your withdrawal, we will remove your information from our active membership roster and communication lists in accordance with our data retention policies.
