3. Potential Follow-Up Contact You acknowledge and agree that a member of the Church’s pastoral staff may, at their discretion, attempt to contact you based on the information you provide. The purpose of this contact is solely to extend pastoral care. This contact may include, but is not limited to:
Offering to schedule a visit or meeting for further prayer.
Providing additional spiritual resources or support.
Out of genuine concern for your well-being, suggesting that you seek independent professional medical attention.
In situations where safety is a concern, recommending that you contact local authorities or other emergency services.
4. User’s Responsibility for Emergencies You agree that this prayer request service is not for immediate crisis intervention. If you or someone you know is in immediate physical danger, is experiencing a medical emergency, or is at risk of harm, you agree that your immediate responsibility is to dial 911 or contact the appropriate emergency services directly.
5. Data Retention and Deletion To protect your privacy, prayer requests are not stored indefinitely and are periodically and securely deleted. You may request the deletion of your prayer request at any time by contacting the Church office.
